Arriving by car :-
From London / Cambridge via the A11, from Kings Lynn via the A47 and A11, from Ipswich via the A140. From the A11 turn left onto the A140 (the outer ring road), at the roundabout. Turn right at the traffic lights onto Unthank Road and carry on until the row of shops. The church is accessed from Essex Street, which is opposite the purple pub (the Lilly Langtry), however there is only limited parking.
Arriving by train :-
Either take a taxi or the number 25 bus towards Costessey Park and Ride (the University / Hospital) to the second stop along Unthank Road. Ask for Park Lane, the stop is just before the turning to Essex Street and the shops on Unthank Road.
Walking from the wedding to the reception :-
The Assembly House is a 10-15 minute walk from the church. Turn right onto Essex Street from the church and walk along to the park. Turn left with the road onto Vauxhall Street (there is a row of shops on the left). Carry on to the main road and cross over at the traffic lights. Walk along the path that goes diagonally through Chapelfield park so that the band stand is on the right hand side (walking through the park at night is not recommended unless in a group). Turn left and then right into Theatre street. The Assembly House is on the right just beyond the Theatre Royal.
Parking :-
There is limited parking at the church and Assembly House. There is a large car park under the Forum which is just across the road from the Assembly House however, there may be queues on a half-term Saturday. There is another car park further down Theatre Street, again this may get busy.
